Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit

A £80 per week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.  This is payable within one week of reservation, otherwise the caravan may be re-let.

2. Balance of Hire

The balance is due eight weeks before commencement of the holiday.  If this is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled.  No money already paid will be refunded.

3. Letting Arrangements

Arrival time from 14.00 pm at the commencement of your holiday.  With a departure time of 10.00 am.  Keys are available from the owner on arrival and will be picked up on departure or by prior arrangement.  If departure is later than 10am a further day's payment may be requested.

4. Accommodation

Only people listed on the booking form may use the caravan.  Breaking this rule may result in immediate loss of holiday with no refund.

As Primrose Valley is a family park no all male or female groups are allowed.  The hirer must be over 21 years of age.

If any member of your party causes any damage or there are any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation, please inform the owner before the end of your stay.  We will arrange a replacement and send you the bill.  The hirer is responsible for all the party.

If the caravan is left in an untidy and dirty condition, you agree to pay an additional cost of £35.00 to cover administration and cleaning costs.  To prove that the caravan is left in an unsatisfactory condition, photographs may be taken before the caravan is cleaned.

For the comfort of other guests the caravan is no smoking and we do not allow any pets.

Please bring your own sheets as only quilt covers and pillowcases are provided.

5. Entertainment Passes

Entertainment passes are not included in the holiday price but can ordered with the owners by prior arrangement and will be available for collection at Haven reception.  No refund will be given on passes if holiday is cancelled.

6. Behaviour

If in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.

Once you have returned a booking form and it has been confirmed in writing by us, an agreement has been made.

Any cancellations must be made in writing, a telephone cancellation has to be confirmed in writing within seven days.  Written cancellations should be sent by recorded post else you may still be responsible for additional losses.
